Store Policy
Returns:
If an item you have received is faulty or not up to standard, you can return the unworn product in the original packaging and a replacement of the same item will be sent out to you. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items, it will be reimbursed in a store credit.

If the item you ordered was the wrong size, you will need to contact us via email to return the item for a store credit, the store credit will be issued once the item has been returned. In this event you would need to cover the shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds:
If your item is faulty and you would prefer a refund we can offer a complete refund rather than a store credit.

Shipping:
Shipping costs and timeframes depend entirely on your location, we try to get all of our orders out within 24 hours of the order being placed.
